Try It, Then Decide
You have 30 nights to try your PureSlip pillowcase at home — to feel the softness, the stretch, and the difference it makes. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. No stress.
To qualify for a refund:
- Your return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- You may return up to 2 used pillowcases per household; any additional items must be unopened and unused.
- Items must be in good condition. Pillowcases that are torn, heavily damaged, or have lost their softness due to improper care (e.g. washed with rough fabrics or synthetics) will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent back to us for a refund to be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed. As a brand committed to quality and sustainability, return postage is not covered. Returned items are either recycled or used for testing and quality improvement.
Warranty — After the Trial
We care deeply about the quality of every pillowcase we send out. If there’s a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we’ll replace the affected item — up to 6 months after purchase.
This includes:

Elastic failure or tearing under normal use

Major stitching or finishing defects that affect function or durability
This does not include:

Normal wear and tear (pilling, stretching)

Damage from improper washing (e.g. hot water, harsh detergents)

Loss of softness due to being washed with coarse fabrics or synthetics

Stains, fading, or discoloration from skincare, sweat, or oils

Personal preference on softness, fit, or feel after use
Care tip: Avoid washing with rough fabrics or synthetics — TENCEL™ is naturally delicate, and contact with harsher materials can reduce its softness. These simple steps will keep your pillowcase fresh, soft, and beautiful for longer.
30-Day Returns for Unused Items
Changed your mind before trying? If your pillowcase is unopened and unused, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. This applies to both online purchases and pop-up orders. If you bought through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
