We aim to make everything as smooth as your sleep. All Bélune orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (Australia Post). As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery at any time on our Tracking Page.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your sleep ritual — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you.
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
