Refund policy

Customers are eligible for a 30-night sleep trial on PureSlip pillowcases purchased directly through Bélune. The trial period begins on the date of delivery. If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with the product, you may initiate a return for a full refund.

Trial Conditions:

  • Your return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You may return up to 2 used pillowcases per household; any additional items must be unopened and unused.
  • Items must be in good condition. Pillowcases that are torn, heavily damaged, or have lost their softness due to improper care (e.g. washed with rough fabrics or synthetics) will not be accepted.
  • We kindly ask you to share why it didn’t work for you — your feedback helps us make things better.

Returns must be sent back to us for a refund to be issued. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed. As a brand committed to quality and sustainability, return postage is not covered. Returned items are either recycled or used for testing and quality improvement.

30-Day Return Policy for Unused Items

Unopened and unused pillowcases may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Third-Party Purchases:
Returns or exchanges for items purchased through authorized retailers (e.g. Myer, The Iconic) must be processed directly through the retailer.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant photographs, if applicable
